Amigos Southall is honestly such a standout spot, not just because of the food, but because of the amazing customer service that really makes the whole experience feel special. From the moment you walk in, the staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. They greet you with genuine smiles, take the time to explain the menu if you need help deciding, and are always willing to make recommendations based on what you’re in the mood for. Even when it’s busy, they never make you feel rushed and they go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with your order. What really stands out is the consistency—you can go back multiple times and still receive that same level of care and friendliness, which shows that great service is a real priority here. Whether it’s quickly accommodating requests, checking in during your meal to see if everything’s okay, or just being approachable and kind, the team at Amigos Southall truly creates a welcoming environment that makes you want to keep coming back.

Grill chicken wrap tastes really great. Special thanks to staff they are very nice

Excellent customer service and great tasting food. Definitely hit the spot 😊

Yesterday morning ,I visited Amigos Tooting after a long time, one girl took my order.she was so cute, had a beautiful smile, and was incredibly humble. Honestly, her smile made my day. She recommended the buttermilk chicken burger, and it was absolutely delicious. Thanks to her for making my day so wonderful.

Their burgers are top-tier fresh, bold, and bursting with personality. We were thrilled to see vegan and veggie options too!🔥 But the real show stopper? Their Loaded Churros golden, crispy perfection drizzled with silky white and milk chocolate😍 If you’re after a ranking of bold, Nashville-style flavours this place delivers with flair. Generous portions, and an inviting vibe make Amigos a standout. Seriously, check them out you won’t regret it!👏🏽

Awais, is a Legend he is so nice and helpful made our experience here at amigos a great one recommended the best milkshake too, you’re such a nice guy Bless you.

Food is fresh Food is nice

Good food! Fair price

Our first time at amigos and we had a great time. The burgers are awesome and the chix wings to die for. Very welcoming too

What’s happened to this place? Gone completely downhill. We thought we would give it another chance and ordered yesterday using click and collect for 8 of us and what a HUGE waste of time and money for cold, undercooked and underwhelming food - one can understand if chips are cold but not burgers from within! They are wrapped in foil? Won’t be surprised if someone has an upset stomach tomorrow. So sad as they started off brilliantly and we ordered on a regular basis. Now we avoid as the delivery wait times are super long and the service in store is the same. Disappointed - Sorry Amigo, your Slough store is not the one
