Got the burgers just now. They were literally burnt and the driest burger i have ever had. Not recommended, all money gone to waste!! Attaching picture for reference.

So delicious food but the fizzy drink is so bad. It’s like oil taste with no fizzy

This place has been consistently disappointing! I’ve given Amigos multiple chances, but yesterday was the final straw. I debated whether to write this, but enough is enough. Every single time I’ve ordered—whether in person or through delivery apps—something has been missing or incorrect. The food is average at best, and while it was great when the restaurant first opened, the quality and service have gone downhill. The sheer number of mistakes is astonishing for a restaurant. How hard is it to get an order right? It’s clear the staff need better training because accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this business. To the owners: success doesn’t mean you can let standards slip. Expanding to new locations is no excuse for poor service and declining quality. Save your time and money—I certainly won’t be going back!

Went after an event at Wembley Arena. Shop was very busy as ALL on the road were. Order took over 1 hour & burgers were burnt in the end. In-between that time I went to pepes to get my daughter a pitta burger, which was cooked in less than 10 mins and perfectly cooked. I regret not taking the burnt burger back, I was exhausted & fed up so just left. I've been to many Amigos this one the staff just seemed not to care. Also they have a promotion running at the moment on milkshakes that the manager refused to honour, apparently the machine doesn't put it through. Horrible experience altogether.

Very good

Brother Arsalan and other staff has been very kind to us and respectful. Food was amazing and also atmosphere. 100% recommend all the way from Scotland. Many thanks from Abdul, Sami & Ibrahim.

Here is an honest review on this place 👇 I know this burger shop, Amigos, is highly-rated with more than 500 5-star reviews; but when I went to this place for the first time (20/11/2024), I found my experience to be a little bit different compared to what those reviewers said. When I placed an order here (which consisted of only one item), I had to wait more than 10 minutes just to get it. The workers were busy focusing on other customers' orders, with some of them being lucky enough to get their order faster than I did! 👎🏽 I have visited different burger shops in London, with some of them preparing my order quicker. I only got 1 thing from Amigos, which is their iconic buttermilk chicken burger 🐔🍔. When I tried it, I liked how the chicken tasted; not only was it warm, but it was flavoursome. The burger came with pickles and lettuce, along with some mayonnaise or garlic sauce that was spread on the buns. There were four types of flavours to choose from, with two of them being either the original or the BBQ flavour. Although I love BBQ flavoured things, I chose to get the original flavour at the time of ordering the burger. On the other hand, you can get milkshakes with many different flavours, such as chocolate, strawberry, OREO and Lotus Biscoff. Overall, as a restaurant, Amigos is a little bit overrated; but they have awesome burgers that never disappoint. There are many different types of milkshakes to choose from, which is great. However, one thing that Amigos could work on is their service. The workers, who were in the kitchen, were taking too long preparing other people's orders. My order number was 678; and I believe that some of the people who ordered later got their food quicker than I did. Fortunately, I didn't get mine messed up. If I noticed that Amigos messed up my order at that time, I would've given them 2 or 3 stars! 👎🏽 I visited this place on the 20th of November 2024 at approx 2:20 in the afternoon. (You may notice a few mistakes in this review. I was going to leave a review 2 or 3 weeks after visiting this place, but I was too lazy to do so 💀)
