Employee told kids from 9-12 year olds to kill themselves for free milkshakes

Very disgusting staff every time they are busy on their phones, even attending customer with stay on the phone’ very bad language specially their ladies language (with wing liner lady ) they shows everybody is manager in their shop ! I will never visit their shop at all !

Ordered on Uber eats like I always do, I let them off last time as the quality and instructions were not followed. This time however I can't let it slide, the food was freezing my burger was rock hard you could smash a window with it and again they missed the instructions..... sadly this place has gone down hill badly and I won't be wasting my money on it again. Oh and the sauces you make by mixing ketchup with mint sauce is not chilli sauce and is not nice stick to buying it rather than making it as you're no good at that.

I’m only giving it one star because the food is good but the staff working here need to be checked because they are so LOUDDDD my friend and I couldn’t even hear what we were saying to each other it made the whole eating out experience unpleasant. There was this one white lady who was wearing glasses that was extremely loud. I don’t think I’ll be going to this branch again for eat in

Ordered from amigoes in southall and didn't receive part of my order. Staff were unhelpful in providing a refund for missing item. Food arrived cold and soggy and fries under cooked. Have eaten from the acton branch for years. Poor experience from the southall branch.

The food was nice but i giving one star for the Owner service who was on the till serving us today (He served us with his jacket from outside . I think that’s not correct by h&s regulations ). He wasnt friendly , he seems like he is there for the punish. He didn’t say “hi” didn’t say “thank you” didn’t say nothing, not even smile. While he was serving me I was really regretting I came to the branch , I didn’t feel welcome :/ Atmosphere in the kitchen was like funeral :/ I’m sorry for the employees.

Bad customer service! No Menus apart from the one on the top board behind the counter, which by the way you can hardly read as the writing is small !! The person serving me had no clue of what's in the menu as clearly they weren't properly trained!

We liked going to this place and have been many times with my family spending around £60/£70 a time.. But yesterday we went they were a little busy and we went to the till to place our order and a young guy on the till said can you wait to place your order and I'm looking at him as he just looks back at me like when do I order.. He could of taken the order but just stood there. So we decided to go elsewhere.. Won't be rushing back for the moment. Very unprofessional young kids with no customer service skills whatsoever.
