Food over a half hour late on uber eats. Wolfed it down until two thirds through I noticed one of the patties was pink. How can this be? Tried calling them to complain and hung up as the discussion was so frustrating. Never again.

Cold food

One of the worst people to deal with. Got all my orders wrong and gave kids meal instead. Horrible. Used to be good

Terrible!!!! Consecutively got my orders wrong and no telephone line to contact. Will not be ordering again.

I am not one to write reviews but I was compelled to do so after having the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was told that this is the place to go for good burgers and shakes but unfortunately the staffs attitude let the place down I ordered for 6 kids and myself and the order was delivered completely wrong. On arrival they first sent a few chips with no burgers which was sent back due to not a complete order. Then they brought over the wrong burgers. Eventually they got the right food delivered albeit cold. Which on explaining to them I quote was told it was my fault. Another part of their not so great service. Then they delivered the shakes which again was completely wrong which again was their fault but to correct it they made me purchase another shake after they had made the mistake. After spending over £70 in there I was still being made to spend more. I left disgusted and annoyed that they did not care that I as a customer was dissatisfied. It was my nieces birthday and they ruined it. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Unless you don't mind staff talking to you rude. If I was the owner I would think carefully about how there establishment is being perceived.

Not worth the time my chips came back cold and when I told them he said quote “Its your fault”if i could rate it 0 stars I would never going there again the milkshakes were good but they filled me up more than the food They mixed up the order and tried to say we were wrong when they realised we were right he didn’t apologise they did not even offer food on the house (Free) They have no website or free WiFi they also came and served you late and when served they was barley any space for seating the burgers were dry and the wings were pink the cheesy chips had sauce had them not real cheese and there was too much on them The tables were dirty and we had to sit next to strangers which was uncomfortable We had to sit on metal chairs which were uncomfortable and we had to sit next to the door and it was cold and the door did not shut properly it was always ajar.

orders take really long takes so long

The staff are awful. Took them 4 times to get my order right.

Got turned away because we wanted a big order and it was very busy... how sad i visited this place especially for the reviews ended up going to a cheaper takeaway shop few doors down very dissapointed
