Want to wait 15 minutes for a nasty, chewy, probably frozen burger? Me neither. Skip it.

I would have loved to try this place but unfortunately due to poor customer service I haven't even been able to. People will eventually leave if you continue in this way.

Poor service. Biased

Dreadful. Honestly can't understand the 5 star reviews on here. The burgers smelt like frozen ones you get in a supermarket. I ordered chilli cheese fries with my burger and it was a horrific mess in a bowl with nasty tasting cheese and way too much liquid - they also didn't give me a fork, how the hell are you supposed to eat liquid with your fingers?! Staff behind the till seemed pretty incompetent. Card machine wasn't working but they didn't tell me this until after I had ordered, and there was no sign indicating this. This place is basically just some above average graphic design and signage, and way below average food.

noting good

The burgers are at best average. In the start they would even reek of that weird fat. Wouldn't recommend this place. The only thing they got going for them is probably the fries.

Frozen burgers, frozen chips. Industrial grade ketchup, mayo and sauces etc... Food took ages to be cooked. Not gourmet. Not even tasty. Kebab shop burger at best presented in a shiny bun.... bog standard chicken shop chips from frozen.. Better off paying couple of pounds more and going to five guys in westfield shopping centre. Avoid this place....

Low class kebab shop quality burgers. Buns were OK.

Very very very poor customer service... They took almost 45 mins to prepare our small order . We had to remind them that we ordered and how long we will have to wait..at the end the guy was giving us sauces and he didn't even bother to care to put them in a bag for us instead he threw it and went every where on the floor...totally hate the customer service!! Never going there again..
