Good food and all that but staff don’t know anything and a phone number would help to order on the phone when travelling from Reading 🙄

Two annoying things: A) they don’t have a mobile number to call to place pick up orders and B) they sell canned drinks as part of their large meal. Apart from that, good food.

not too good for vegetarian’s 🙃 , yeah but it’s fine 😊

Burger is really good. The bread of burger is so soft. Fries were decent, I went for the spicy fries. I have to say that the service was average which I wasn't expecting it to be great. The thing that bothered me the most was the amount of time it took to prepare my food. The restaurant was relatively quite at the time with just one or two food delivery pick up so I was a bit annoyed that it took what seemed to be about 30 minutes to have my food ready. They also forgot to give me my drink. Burgers are good just need to fix up kn the service.

Today's experience was disappointing ! I guess I came here with high expectations. Last week I've been with my family to your restaurant in North Acton which was a blast ; the woman at the till was so nice and smiling with every single customer...literally everyone, the chef's were super busy but delivering one of the best burger I've ever had (the boss). Unfortunately , in shepherds Bush it was completely the opposite ; the woman at the till was rude and she definitely hated her job, the burgers were mediocre. Perhaps you're using a different meat supplier !? The one person that made me give a 3 star rather than 2 was the guy with the hat, he was very helpful & friendly. Also, the woman behind the till instead of carrying deliveries she was kicking them all the way to the kitchen !!! Very professional isn't it !?

Quick snack ok

ok food, burgers are big but nothing new or special. Prices are decent
