Staff is very rude and they don’t listen and pay attention while taking orders i ask for extra mango in mango milkshake and they didn’t even add any and even they were being rude to me when i ask for extra mango. Even i don’t mind to pay extra but for that at least they need to be attentive

U should be very patient with your take away service.

Ordered 2 meals, 1 buy on get one free burger as a meal and 1 chicken box meal. Buy one get one free I never received, some promotional thing on Deliveroo, said it would be here for a certain time and came half hour later. Chips were cold, rang up to ask for the extra burger and got hung up on twice. Customer service is dog, sounded like I was speaking to a guy on a potato phone, food, chicken burger and normal burger was banging though. Lots of flavour, amigos sauce is juicy. Rated the food just nothing else.

(Translated by Google) This restaurant is garbage and tells you to wait 25 minutes, but you end up waiting for over an hour with your order and terrible service 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢 (Original) مطعم زباله ويقول لك استنى 25 دقيقه تظلك اكثر من ساعه وانت تستنى بالاوردر ومعامله زفت🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢

Avoid at all costs

Amigos is a chain and the food is fairly good, but the in store experience in MK is terrible. They are heavily focused on delivery orders so even if you are in there in person at 2.30am, you can expect to wait 30-40 minutes for your food. Staff are slow and dismissive

I used to be a regular here, but the quality has completely plummeted since they first opened. We ordered two Nashville Hot Box 1s for dine-in, and it took a ridiculous 40 minutes just to get our food. To make matters worse, there were no tissues on the tables and they didn't even include sauces. When I asked the staff for sauce, the guy walked off and never came back! I literally had to get up and ask a second time just to get any attention. The food itself was just as disappointing as the service. The chicken was hard and dry, and the waffle fries were completely bland, it tasted like they forgot to salt them entirely. The whole place seems severely understaffed. There was only one person taking orders and serving, so you end up waiting forever just to ask a simple question. The staff clearly didn't care at all about the delays or the poor service. It was a total waste of money. I won't be coming back again.
