Take Away / Delivery Review. Food was good although the fries were a little cold. Ordered the food at 2.24 for delivery at 3.24 ( as confirmed by them ). Delivery actually arrived at 4.15, that’s pretty much 2 hours!! Really poor service here, especially as the updates were not accurate and every so often an additional 20 minute delay was added. The food came via UBER Eats and not sure if they or Amigos are to blame! Overall really poor delivery service and affected the quality of the food. Shakes and Fries only just the right temperature.

Pretty good. I went on a Sunday evening, service was a bit slower than I expected but it was quiet to be fair to the staff and they were friendly. I had the spicy burger (Happynero) and it was probably too spicy. I'm not shy with chillies but it went slightly over the level of enjoyable. The taste underneath the burn was good though and garlic mayo was a nice touch.

Milkshakes are good, which is what I order, but they don't answer the phone and changed their closing time willy nilly. For example it's Friday night and they are meant to close at midnight. I came at 10:28 and they refused to sell to me.

Expensive not overall the best hence stores are closing...

Unprofessional straff on dealing with customers

Compared to the Amigos at Wembley, the service here is less than welcoming. The man at the counter seemed fairly fed up - from the greeting to the whole ordering process, less than satisfactory.

Usually order from here and it’s usually great. Today however, the burgers were poor. The double cheeseburger was a tiny burger with simply 2 burnt patties crammed in - NO cheese at all??? The chicken burger had old lettuce and a dark dark chicken and patty. The heat must have got to them today?

The quality & taste of food has declined over the years, still a good alternative to classic burger and chicken joints. Staff was polite & helpful, tables can be cleaner
