***Crooks - Cancelled my online promotion order claiming they had run out of the item I ordered (whole chicken). So I placed the order again this time two half chickens at a more expensive price. Guess what the chicken magically came back in stock.

I had order from Uber eats and there was Two fries missing and the burgers were cold and small, we are still hungry after an hour of waiting. NEVER ORDER AGAIN!

I purchased a chicken patty breakfast muffin and was really disgusted that the patty was not cooked properly! If it was a beef patty a little underdone is fine but chicken?! I’ve tried to get in touch with their customer service via email and instagram and nothing so far. Really disappointed and puts me off going back. Also the has brown was so dead, just tasted of chip fat.

just spent £13 on 2 Tiny burgers. 3 bites of each burger and they were both finished, so 6 bites for £13. I was so stunned by the price versus burger sizes that i had to look back at the order. i realised i’d been ripped off as I’d ordered doubles but received singles.

Unprofessional staff

Very bad 👎 and they charge expensive 😒

terrible service waiting for one burger more than 25minute.

Dead fam never again

I came in yesterday around 10:30pm really looking forward to getting some good food.i queued up for 10 mins whilst being ignored the whole time which I found really strange. I then was advised it's closing time.... I was pretty confused as the sign states 11pm... The staff member then advised there's no stock left and all food has run out.i mean is that even possible ? I was literally stunned by the lack of customer service which I received and how I was told in other words they will not be serving me. I really will never be coming back here again.
