Mistakes happen in the workplace which is always understandable, however tonight was taking it to another level. The initial order took (1) 35+ minutes, how a burger takes that long to cook is beyond me but I can live with that provided the food is good! Cheesy fries were more of a nacho/cheese sauce type and not to my tastes and sour, (2) received the wrong milkshake but accepted it anyway because it wasn't a big deal. (3) The burger I ordered was bright pink in the middle, I was okay with the light pinkness that you usually get with burgers but this was definitely raw and undercooked. After showing the teammembers they thankfully remade a new burger for me which took about 10 minutes. (4) Having already lost my appetite I received the new burger which was the wrong one! (5) To add, a friend's Ferrero Roche milkshake contained Mars pieces which is a bit baffling. In the end I asked for a refund which they provided for only the burger which is fine since at this point I just wanted to leave the premises. Ended up being at the location for almost 50 minutes as a friend's order was 10 odd minutes longer than my initial one. Despite the attempted corrective actions the staff took it was to no avail and honestly just frustrating hence why I opted for a refund and left to go elsewhere. Definitely isn't fast food even when ordering just a milkshake as I'm usually waiting at least 20 minutes. Hopefully it's a lot better during daylight hours.

40 mins for a takeaway. Absolutely rubbish.

Paid £17 for awful, undercooked wings, a really bad burger, some standard dry fries and a terrible shake. The Wings were way too undercooked and had way too much lemon on. The Mexican burger had a pretty bad sauce and was just boring. The chips were dry and tasteless. The worst part was the shake. Paid for a Banana + Peanut Bufter shake and got anything but that. The paper straw was also terrible quality and did allow me to sip the shake. Awful all-round. I use to go to their Acton branch years ago and it was so good. This was just plain bad.

Worst experience once again after comming back after a long time, had to wait more then 15 minutes just for the wings.

Milkshake was nice until I had plastic in my mouth then I searched through the shake and found 12 LARGE PIECES OF PLASTIC in my shake I am disappointed and disgusted.

The amount of times I found hair in my burger as well as the chicken not being cooked properly is ridiculous. This applies to many branches

Never going back again to Amigos

I'm big fan of Amigos Milkshake so i went to Southall Branch (Goan Staff) unprofessional ordered Oreo Milkshake someone has crush the Wrapper plastic in pieces didn't bother to go back coz i was half of my way to home. 25/10/22

A milkshake has jumped from £3.75 to £4.99. Might as well go to Creams which is a couple doors down or a Tinseltown x

Ordered food never arrived, contacted the restaurant was not helpful at all, rubbish customer service will never order from here again
