Absolutely bad service. Wanted the butterchicken burger and gave me the buff chicken burger so had to buy another butterchicken burger. Pooor advertising. Confusing the customers

Save your money and drive to the Acton branch. Front of house staff have zero customer service skills and walk around with attitude. The Jacob burger was over cooked and the sweet potato fries were cold. Just go to the Acton branch!

Yesterday I went to Amigos in southall. I was waiting there for 30 minutes while the guy behide the till was counting the money.. I ask how long..he's go's sit down I will call you..I waited 10 minutes more I had to walk out..because I'm on medication 💊 I was so hungry 😫 I had to go to the nearest shop to get a bag of crisp..you guys should be a shame of your service and selflessness..you don't deserve any star..very Very poor service 😡😡😡 this was my first time. I will never go there again. I would let my friends and family know about this place. To never go.

Worst of all time. Don't go to this place.

Amigos Gants Hill a steady decline in quality and taste. It is really sad to see what used to be a nice place for burgers and shake has gone down the drains. We ordered 3 meals worth £48 and the burger patty was chewy and stale and the fries were clearly old. Milk shake had no flavour. This is not the first instance, kept giving benefit of the doubt but thats it from us. Never again!

They refused to serve before the closing time stated on google

I used to love amigos then I had 1 bite of the burger here and I nearly died it was disgusting...

Don't bother coming here unless you speak Punjabi. You'll wait an hour for whatever you ordered, even though anyone who ordered in punjabi or hindi will receive their order almost immediately.

Used to be the go to spot but it’s gone awfully down hill. Chicken stinks, chips are raw half of the time & the burger meat is literally fake. I’ve been waiting a while for this review, today they cancelled an order after 55 mins of waiting - every other place had closed by then - congrats for being trash 🤝

These guys at Amigo's were not amigos at all to me, and I am sure they have their regular customers to feed, and are not in need of new ones. :) I ordered chips and a portion of onion rings at 17.46 pm. Not sure why, but was served 20 minutes later. I did get their special attention, they were giggling and had them agreed on something while looking at me. I understand it is not McDonald's, but was hoping for some quick food. Just let them have their regular customers :D
