Burger dry 🤢, cheezy fries better avoid. 1star for best Milkshakes. rest? ZERO!! 🤢🤢

Worst burger joint in slough I ordered onion rings and macaroni cheese sticks both were burnt black Never ever buying anything from here ever again 🤬

Mrs and I ordered burger meal deals with a side of wings to share and just stopped eating after a few bites. Burgers were warm, no flavour and Flat buns. Fries dry, hard and over seasoned. Wings were dry as though they had been out overnight and covered in far too much sauce, probably to hide how dry they were. Not from here ordering again.

After waiting approximately 30 minutes for what I can only describe as a shambolic concoction of bread, microwaved meat, and what seemed like a full onion. I have never been so disappointed with a burger in all my life. After waiting hours for some food whilst watching an event at Wembley, I could not wait to have something to eat. Amigos looked inviting from the outside but went downhill from there. Busy, overcrowded, noisy and dirty. When I got back to my hotel room, I decided to throw the rest of my burger out my hotel room window, rather than have the stench of uncooked meat festering in my room overnight. If I could rate it worse than 1 star I would.

I really did not enjoy this experience. I ordered a hot dog, but what I received seemed to be largely undercooked after over 30 minutes of waiting. If I had a choice of Amigos or starvation I would choose the latter.

Took 60 mins. Said it would be 20.

Walked in only to be refused service. They had a supply shortage and closed kitchen early on a weekday (Thursday) 5pm! Just when evening meals begin! Very frustrating

Ordered milkshake and found peices of plastic inside. Would give 0 stars if I could

The place had gone down the hill giving me old stale food not going to order ever again!

Date: 30/04/2022 After countless great meals had in the Acton branch, I decided to go to the Southall Amigos branch for the first time to get food before Iftar for my family and I can honestly say that it was the single worst human experience of my life. It has been a while since I last went to Amigos so I could understand the inflated prices (wrap meal went from £6 - £8 etc) considering the recent geopolitical factors. What I still cannot comprehend is the massive difference in quality of food from the Acton branch considering the same ingredients are used. I ordered 3 lemon and herb wraps and wings on the side which was repulsive and tasted like it was dipped in acid rather than lemon. One of the main Amigos trademark is the chilli and garlic sauces made in-house which compliments the food in a really positive way and the employees (from the Acton and Shepards bush branches at least) usually give generous portions at the point of handing the food. Having waited over 40 mins for my order to be prepared and bagged, I didn't think to double check the bag considering it was now past iftar and I had to rush back, only to come home and see they had added no sauces, napkins or wet wipes. The service, food and quality is vastly different at the Southall branch than all other Amigos branches in the worst way possible. I have NEVER posted a negative review for a restaurant but I was so enraged that I had to get back somehow. I urge anyone who reads this to absolutely avoid going to this Amigos branch and go literally anywhere else. This shop and a few handful of other sorry excuse for a restaurant is why Southall has been getting the negative rep recently and someone should start a petition to shut them down.
