We came in the opening hours then they said they couldn’t take orders until 5pm we came back 5.30 they were closed in a Thursday, there were staff in the shop but didn’t want to take orders

Food was very bad 👎

So this review is based on me being a first time customer, willing to give local business a try. I ordered for the family a friends zone consisting of a choice of 5 burgers of your choice and fries as well as a order for Nachos. Picked up food and took it home for the wife and kids for our dinner, so the brand packaging looks good but this is where all positives stop. 1) The burgers in the wraps all looked squashed, presentation really poor and a tip the mexican burger with their salsa is terrible taste wise, not sure if salsa was off but was unedible, the rest of the burgers clearly poorly seasoned, maybe they got busy with volume of orders, STILL NO EXCUSE! 2) Nachos this was beyond a joke they charge over £4 for this and they chucked a handful of Nachos into a box and squirted a bit of melted cheese and salsa with a few jalapeños into a corner rather than cover the Nachos and present it well. Lesson learnt if you don't value your standards and presentation, will not be back.

Atrocious management. Bad customer service. Fake reviews.

Good food however I ordered something and it didnt evan come it was expensive too😡

I ordered my food at 8:40, and now it is 10:15, still haven't gotten my order. The worst experience ever, and what makes it even worse, one lady is rudely telling me that I could get a refund.

Awful. Ordered a 10oz Amigo meal and what a disaster. The burger was burnt you could taste the burnt bits on the burger. The bun was soggy and fell apart and worst of all were the fries which were uncooked that I was biting into frozen fries. It’s a shame it was take out only had it been eat in I could have returned the meal and requested a refund. Will not be returning here and the branch in Acton and Southall seem to be on point!!

very small burgers and chicken came in open open pack and chips spilled in bag don't buy let it flop so a better restaurant can open

This was not it. The staff wow. Like 8 of them standing around, no knowledge of the menu, I wanted wings ended up with a burger, they didnt even know what my order was, I waited 15 minutes, even got food from the nice fish and chip shop next door, went back in to check on my food that I had paid for and they asked me what was I waiting for, scrambling around in confusion. I dont understand how so many people can be confused. By this point i said if you have not started you can just refund me . Crazy. Then when I got home I had a nice big hair in my burger. The hot dog was chewy and flavourless The bun was dry The chips are like cardboard. I do not reccomend. Thumbs all the way down for this one.
