we’ve always ordered from the Norbury branch and the food has been consistently excellent. A few times when we ordered via Uber Eats, it was redirected to Tooting and the quality wasn’t great, so we started collecting from Norbury instead. Unfortunately, since the Norbury branch has now closed, we decided to give Tooting another try, but the quality has still been inconsistent. For example, the sweet potato fries we received weren’t up to standard, some ends were burnt and they were clumped together. Also, our burgers weren’t labelled, so we had to open them to figure out which was which. It might seem like small things, but they really do make a difference to the overall experience. At the Norbury branch, the food was always of a high standard, the chicken was tender, the fries were well prepared, and everything was clearly labelled. That level of standards is what we’ve come to expect, however it isn't the standard delivered by your Tooting branch. I'm giving two stars for the burgers.
