Horrible experience!! Very low and poor customer service. The card machine was broken, the icecream machine was low on quantity. The lady at till was so lazy and sleepy and taking ages for one order. The order itself taking hours and hours to make and that too tasteless. The area was very untidy. The tables were full of leftovers. Oh my god!! Why on earth I went there?? No idea. Creepy. Overall the food was disgusting. The beef patty was super dry, bun was oily with missing cheese slice. Please avoid!! Waste of one’s money, time and mood.

Worse place to order from, they never pick up their phones so when you decide to go and order for a takeaway they do a KFC and say they run out of chicken. Useless place. My dad then came home with 2 while chickens after I was told they don't have any.

Please take your chicken off the menu. You never have it in stock so whats the point and when you do its never consistent. One day its dry and chewy and other days its just about acceptable. Place is ok only as a last resort in the area... Tesco cheese and onion sandwich is a better option

Nothing was good about this place The customer service was atrocious. Lady in red lipstick first got my order wrong, didnt give me a reciept then when I tell her she got it wrong she refused to change it saying 'made now you eat'. Then proceeds to forget my drink ontop of that and had to wait 5 minutes until the server even batted an eye above towards the waiting customers. Then the food was so basic. Burger had tough meat you could make at home. Chips were decent but they charge 50p for peri salt and dont even ask if you want it, expect you do notice with hawk eyes a tiny ad. Overall much better places anywhere else to eat don't waste time eating here

It was recommended by a friend. food was cold and chips was not crispy and fresh. we had to reheat the food. shake was good. chicken was hard in the burger, taste just ok. it was my birthday and I didn't enjoy the food.

I came at 10:30pm they refused my order . I am very disappointed 30 mins left till closing and refused me point blank. Never going banknto that branch again

The food is ok, I'd say the burgers, chips and shakes are average, but their chicken is good. The worst part is the waiting times and lack of considerate service. I once waited a full hour for 4 shakes, and when I asked if they were able to speed things up, they didn't seem like they cared all that much. The waiting times are an absolute joke. I wouldn't reccomend this place, there are much better alternatives in this area.

Sent me salad box with no utensils...1 milkshake missing.

Nachos served with slices of burger cheese on top....incredible
