Have complained to the owners and managers many times about not being able to upgrade the drink to a FERERRO ROCHER milkshake to your meal. The poor staff always have to put up with customers complaining at them about it but the owners choose to disregard the voice of the local community by stubbornly refusing customers to pay for the milkshake upgrade on a meal. Ridiculous! I am closely acquainted to many other Amigo chain owners including the original Acton branch, and EVERY single one of the other stores allow this simple ferrero milkshake upgrade. I must add, If the manager of the Wembley branch is in, he does kindly give me an upgrade as a gesture of goodwill but if he is off, the staff have been strictly instructed not to allow customers to upgrade to the Ferrero rocher milkshake. It’s truly Appalling and doesn’t represent traits of genuine entrepreneurs who cares for its customers, which in turn is it’s REVENUE!! Regards A local member of the Wembley community.

One 🌟 Today took my family to Acton store Pepsi was sitting on the bar for half an hour while I waited for my food gone flat then I received my food and found that chip's was could the lady not to happy when I told her that is cold gave me a fany lock. Than my son Started to eat his chicken burger and told me that the burger is cold i ask to speak to manager he happened to be close to the grill when I told him that food is cold the lady who was cooking food on the grill touched the burger and set no it's hot we cook the food at the back at 160 degree on the way she told me that I am laying so I got upset and ask the manager to stick his finger in the burger just that he knows that the burger was cold and he approved it i ask for refund and wanted to go but no one was getting on to do it suddenly i have another lots of bugers felted sorry for my kids they were so excited to eat at Amigos. That lady chef she use to clean table's till few weeks ago when did she became grill chef i don't know but she doesn't understand what is costumer service and should never argue with castumer.

Came here on the 20/06/19 with my mate at around 18:00, ordered over £30 worth of food and have to say apart from the chips the food was awful. Chicken stank off and tasted like rubber. Burger patty tasted bland hard and old. 2 chicken starters i ordered was left with only a small bite taken and spat straight back out. Will not visit here again.

Worse service and horrible food I had in a long time

Amazingly bad!

the staff not frindly

First time I ate the Amigos Burger in the Acton Branch, it very tasty and I couldn't fault it in anyway. Now that they have started franchise, thus the new Wembley Branch where I ordered the el gaupo burger 12 oz Double patty. The meat was cooked well but the sauce that was used in this case some (coloured corn flour) otherwise known as ketchup in their branch. It literally destroy the taste of the burger it felt like I was eating meat that has been cooked and then washed with water and served to me . Very disappointing I won't be going there again. Invest in good sauce it is what bring together the burger.

It’s gone downhill avoid if your fasting, take too long and serve burned beef burger
