We had an amazing day at the beachclub and then a dinner for our honeymoon. The food is absolutely delicious. The best steak I ever had paired with delicious sides. I highly recommend the steak and and we had the polenta chips and tomato salad for starters. Very very good! The service was excellent, warm personal welcome and our server Septian but also Sammi was very nice and welcoming. 10/10 recommend!

we had lunch at BASK by the sea, fried calamari, fish fillet and noodles with vegetables, all really delicious. wonderful location, impeccable service. Septian, the person who served us was really professional and kind! five stars!!

A delightful day on the beach here. We had come over from Gili Air for a bit of snorkeling ahead of the hordes of boat-tour types, expecting to have a coffee and rent some snorkels. We did that, and that was lovely, but ended up finding the surroundings so pleasant, and the staff lovely and helpful (even by the standards of other places on the Gilis, which has generally been excellent), we stayed for the rest of the morning and for lunch. The food was a particularly excellent end of what I might dub "global well-heeled" - you might find similar fare in the better restaurants of Grand Cayman, Ibiza (well, maybe Formentera) or Miami - but with some sympathetic touches and a nod to both sustainability and local cuisine (my Korean Fried Chicken sandwich had some local spices in the mayo). The Patatas Bravas, which were done Millefeuille, would not have been out of order in a top tier London or Singapore restaurant. We only came for the day, so can't speak to the rooms (and just ever so slightly out of our budget), but the service (Septian in particular) was, as above, excellent. If you are going to snorkel here, have an espresso and get up early - the great unwashed start appearing at 1030 AM in their droves - it's heaven until then or after 1430. Another reviewers, 6 days before mine, mentioned beach rubbish. I will say that when we arrived, it had been attended to - so either the daily cleanups worked and / or the management responded well to feedback. Stay or visit here - you won't regret it.

We went there during the day the place is beautiful, food is of great quality notably desserts. The staff is extremely friendly and provides really good service. One thing we liked is that there was no minimum charge for using the transat which I think is smart and the pool bar is amazing.

I visited BASK several times during a week long stay in Gili Meno and was absolutely blown away by this place on every visit! Firstly, BASK is visually stunning in both its architecture and its beachfront location. You get epic views of the sunset straight from the pool and you can go snorkelling right off the beach or even just watch the turtles’ heads pop up right from your day bed. The service was flawless, everyone had a smile on their face and went the extra mile to help you out. Special shoutout to Gus, Mehmet, Sulendra, and Anissa!! The food and drinks are AMAZING - my personal favourites were the steaks, the ceviche, and the jalapeño and spicy chorizo pizza. However the most special part of my visits to BASK was the wine tasting and the karaoke night!! I did the wine tasting with my mum and sister and it was such a special evening for us. The in house sommelier Manu was so knowledgeable and chose exceptional drops for us to try. As for the karaoke, it was such a pleasant surprise to find out they do this twice a week. Meno is the quieter choice of the Gili’s so this was by far the premier nightlife option in my humble opinion. Thanks everyone for your excellent hospitality - I will be back very soon! 🍹🍻🌴🥥🌺
