Nice location and beautiful resort unfortunately the foreign host is very rude. Local staff is very friendly but service is very slow and bill was inflatted happy we checked. Need alot of work to be the top beach resort/club they aspire to be.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but went there for dinner. As it was our last evening on the island we wanted to treat ourselves with a fancy dinner. The food was overall great, although we were a little disappointed with the fact that they didn’t have all the things listed in the menu. As this place is rather high-end we would have expected a little more help with the choice of wine that we ordered with our food. In general, the service was unfortunately inadequate regarding the price range. Service was slow and it was difficult to get the waiters’ attention. We weren’t even asked if we were happy with our food and basically left alone after ordering with no one showing interest in whether we would like to order anything else. In the end we waited quite long for our bill and were very disappointed in the experience with the service.

Money doesn’t do all the work. We were amazed by the beauty of the place, newly built and supposedly providing a great service. We decided to give it a go. FYI we don’t mind paying, as long as we get the service. Note as well, that one of us has been working for more than 17 years in hospitality, and therefore know how things work and how important reviews and such are. It took at least 15 min to take our order even for drinks. The waiter was so preoccupied with his surroundings that it took too long just to open a bottle of wine. For one of us the order was wrong, as the waiter either failed to remember to say the catch of the day had run out, or didn’t think it would matter. Unfortunately, the waiter didn’t take ownership of it or apologise. Rather, he came up with a lie and on top of it had the cheekiness to offer us another meal to “supposedly” make up for the mistake, when we know it was probably an extra dish that was another mistake?… Guess what, we also saw that the same waiter got the orders wrong at a table sitting next to us and that dish was also extra (point being that night was very entertaining as mistakes were flying that night hey…) Of course I do not share all the details in terms of service that wasn’t correct all night.. e:g table wasn’t dressed even when meals on the table, table orders not taken in order etc… If you guys want to change something, perhaps a bit more training could be provided and highlighting the need for care when attending tables.. Another thing, we found it a bit unprofessional the appearance of some staff. Our great waiter with his iPad and his Sunglasses upside down and on the back of his neck, very trendy at least! The food was great, location and establishment great beautiful. We heard that the owners are from different nationalities, so maybe a good brainstorming together for the service would be good. PS: note that managers or owners did not come to our table and try to have a conversation or apologise whatsoever. I really want to put one star but will be writing two instead. Food and establishment deserve a 5.

We came here for coffee and almond croissants after snorkelling. To be honest we were disappointed. They brought out our drinks relatively quickly but our croissant didn’t arrive. I asked twice about the croissants (I could see croissants on the front counter). Half an hour passed and they eventually came! By that point it was too late for us as we had to get back to our hotel to check out so had to take them with us. I think it maybe took so long because they were making them. They could’ve said that when we ordered tho as you don’t expect to have to wait 30 mins for a croissant when I could see them on the counter. They also didn’t apologise for the delay. We wouldn’t have ordered if known it would be so long. Coffee was good. Croissant was quite hard and the almond stuff in the middle was very buttery. Fancy place, but looks like a lot of building works going on. Overlooks the beach but not as nice as the west side in my opinion as lots of boats and windy and beach not white Sandy like the other side. More coral on the beach.

Staff are very nice. But far too overpriced for an empty beach club. £4.62 for 2 soft drinks. Sun-beds are comfy

Ugly concrete constructions at first sight. No efforts made to integrate their infrastructure in this beautiful island.
