From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed and exceptionally well looked after. The entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Their warmth and genuine hospitality make you feel at home from the very first minute. Every interaction was accompanied by a smile, and nothing was ever too much to ask. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner briefly, which added a nice personal touch to our stay. Everything about The Bask is first-class. The breakfast is outstanding, offering excellent quality and variety. The bar serves fantastic drinks in a relaxed atmosphere, the beach loungers are comfortable and perfectly maintained, and the boat transfer service is seamless, reliable, and professionally organised. The accommodations are beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, and finished to a very high standard. The overall quality of the rooms, facilities, and service is truly exceptional and easily rivals some of the finest international luxury hotels. We have travelled extensively around the world, and The Bask is without question one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. If you are looking for genuine hospitality, outstanding service, and an unforgettable experience on Gili Meno, look no further. We highly recommend it and cannot wait to return. A word regarding some of the negative reviews mentioning stomach problems after eating: gastrointestinal issues can have many different causes and cannot automatically be attributed to the food served at a hotel. Inadequate hand hygiene is one of the most common ways gastrointestinal infections are transmitted. In that sense, such complaints may say more about an individual’s own hygiene habits than about the hygiene or food quality of the hotel. Without clear evidence linking the symptoms to the hotel’s food, blaming the hotel seems neither fair nor justified.

Many thanks to Greg and his awesome team for an unforgettable biethday experience in a beautiful resort on a lovely island. Snorkelled off the beach to "the nest" , turtle sanctuary and nemo at the wall drop off. Relaxed in our private plunge pool. Dined on delicious dishes watching the sunset. Wonderful.
