The most incredible experience start to finish - the team could never to enough and always ensured highly personal and thoughtful service. The rooms, food, chill vibe by the beach & pool and all additional experiences (like horse riding) made this trip so stand out. Hospitality at its best. Thank you team BASK for wonderful memories. I definitely recommend the BASK boat transfer especially as waters can get choppy and this speeds up the transfer process a lot. The breakfast is also yum!

Truly 5 Stars. The location, accommodation and service are world class. We have extended our stay four times since arriving as we don’t want to leave. The chic design and impeccable taste are found in every detail throughout the resort and within the rooms. The staff have gone above and beyond to make our family of five feel totally at home. Crystal clear waters, snorkelling at the doorstep and beautiful turtles. A true island gem. We will be back…if we ever actually leave.

Bask Gili Meno is a place our whole family can’t wait to return to. The service was exactly what you would hope for on a perfect holiday. We initially spent one week in Bali and had booked a full week in Seminyak, but we decided to give up two nights there just to stay at Bask instead — and it was absolutely worth it. Unfortunately, our younger son suffered from a stomach upset due to food poisoning in Seminyak before arriving at Bask, so he wasn’t able to fully enjoy the resort. However, the staff were incredibly kind and supportive. They even brought us guava leaves from the land to help with his recovery because there were no guaga tree in the island, which we truly appreciated. The atmosphere, food, facilities, snorkelling, and especially staffs are genuine, friendly, helpful, fun, and pretty unique and cool with their sunny on while on duty - overall are exceptional. We also received a wonderful room upgrade due to air-conditioning issue, and staying in the three-bedroom beachfront pool villa was an amazing experience. A huge thank you to the entire Bask team — especially Manuel - the manager, who was constantly running around barefoot, helping guests with such genuine care. That really left an impression on us. Our stay at Bask Gili Meno was nothing short of extraordinary — truly one of the most special experiences of our lives. The food alone deserves its own standing ovation. Every single meal was out-of-this-world incredible — some of the best food we have ever eaten anywhere in the world. Not just “good resort food”, but genuinely exceptional dining and there’s a decent sized menu. The service, however, is what truly sets Bask apart. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. The warmth, care and attention to detail were beyond outstanding. Manuel, the manager, made our honeymoon feel incredibly special from start to finish — nothing was ever too much trouble, and every interaction felt thoughtful and sincere. We loved it so much… we didn’t want to leave. We actually extended our stay. The rooms are absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, luxurious, peaceful and immaculately maintained. Honestly, Bask (and its incredible team) have completely ruined every other resort for us. Nothing compares. Once you experience this level of care, quality and soul, everywhere else feels like a downgrade. We were even lucky enough to meet the owner, who is so down to earth and genuine. You instantly understand why this place is so special — the heart behind Bask is real, and it shows in every detail. And the cocktails… wow. Creative, perfectly balanced, and genuinely world-class. A very special mention to Griffin, Hairil and Andy, who we now genuinely feel are a part of our extended family. Their kindness, humour and warmth made our stay unforgettable. We have stayed in 5-star resorts all over the world, and without hesitation, Bask Gili Meno far exceeds every single one of them. This is not just a place to stay — it’s an experience, a feeling, a memory we will treasure forever. We are already planning our return trip. It’s been a week since we left Bask, and it was truly unforgettable. We originally booked for two nights but ended up extending twice – that’s how much we enjoyed our stay! We would especially like to highlight the outstanding attitude of all the staff. We interacted with many employees, but Ewa, Bahri, Rahim, and Will were absolutely amazing. The only small thing that could be improved is the condition of the hotel’s bikes, but other than that, we can’t wait to come back and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere this hotel has.

BASK Gili Meno is a beautiful place to stay. The accommodation is luxurious, the vibe is relaxed and fun, the pool is an absolute dream, and the food is genuinely excellent. While the snorkelling is fairly average, it’s still lovely to spend time in the water. What really makes this place special, though, is the staff — particularly the bar and restaurant team, who are exceptionally kind. Their warmth makes the whole experience. Highly recommend.
