We are having an amazing time on our honeymoon, the resort is beautiful. The staff is so friendly and helpful, non-pushy and ready to aid in anyway possible. We highly recommend visiting Gili Meno and this spot

I stayed at BASK Hotel Gili Meno for 4 days over my birthday weekend, and honestly, I don’t have a single bad thing to say. Everything was just so good. The food was delicious, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was so comfortable that for the first two days I didn’t even bother exploring the island cause I was perfectly happy just relaxing inside. The bed and pillows were incredible (some of the best sleep I’ve ever had). It even rained at night and I didn’t realize until morning because I slept so deeply. They gave me a beach-view room facing the opposite side of the famous statues, which turned out to be such a beautiful view to wake up to every day, watching boats coming in, people snorkeling, calm green water, and perfect sunshine. Truly the ideal birthday getaway. The hospitality deserves special mention. Every staff member was warm and welcoming, shout out to Bahry, April, Wira, Hashim, and honestly everyone else too. I felt genuinely cared for the entire time. They also arranged a private transfer to the airport, which was seamless from start to finish. When I mentioned my flight was at 6 PM, the GM kindly extended my room until 3 PM so I could take a work meeting comfortably before leaving. After that, the boat took me to the pier where a driver was already waiting to bring me to the airport. Everything was smooth and stress-free. Shoutout to the drivers! I arrived safely and with plenty of time to spare. One thing to note: if you hear faint music late at night (after 10 or 11 PM), it’s not from the resort, it’s coming from Gili Trawangan across the water, the party island. Which didn't didn’t bother me at all. Genuinely, everything about this resort is lovely. I would have extended my stay if I hadn’t had plans the next day, and I can’t wait to return. And yes, even the sunburn was worth it.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Bask on Gili Meno is a truly exceptional place. From the very beginning you can see incredible attention to every detail — including the perfectly organized private transfer from Lombok, which was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. The food is absolutely delicious, the beach is stunning, and the rooms are brand new, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Everything works exactly as it should in a high-end resort. What impressed us the most was the hotel manager, who is personally present and genuinely cares about every guest, making sure everyone feels welcomed and well looked after. This level of hospitality is rare and makes a huge difference. We completely fell in love with this place and will definitely come back. Highly, highly recommended.
