(Translated by Google) After having two evening meals at BASK, I'm offering some constructive feedback. The place is very attractive, and the atmosphere is warm and well-designed, but the service doesn't live up to the ambiance. We waited over an hour twice to be served. The manager is doing her best to improve the service, but unfortunately, she can't do it alone. I would still appreciate the establishment offering us complimentary glasses of wine for the very long wait this evening. I hope the BASK team can improve and be more efficient in the future. The food, however, is of very good quality (I tried the sushi and pizza).

We also tried the restaurant, which is admittedly expensive compared to other nearby warungs, but offers excellent service. Expect to pay between 350,000 and 500,000 VND per person to eat at this restaurant, but the setting is idyllic.

From the personalized welcome by Manuel, to the furnishings and architecture of the place, to the staff's attentiveness and the comfort of our villa overlooking the turquoise waters of Gili Meno. The food is incredibly sophisticated and varied. The hotel also has a poolside club with fantastic cocktails: a unique touch! Bonus: the location is perfect for sunset or snorkeling with turtles or the famous statues! (Original) Tout était parfait. (Translated by Google) I didn't go there myself, but I walked past it every day, and it's the most unbearable place on the island!!! The staff accosts you every time you pass, and the music is incredibly loud from morning (7 a.m.) until evening—it's just unpleasant. This place completely ruins the relaxing atmosphere of the island. Just walk by without stopping, keep your head down, and don't answer the waiters; you'll find something much better further down the road.
