Unfortunately a bad review boys ;((( Waited 55 minutes for our drinks to be ordered (I should’ve gotten up and asked however was curious to see how long it would take) (I did in fact get up and ask lol) Served our food 1 hour later, and one of my items (pizza) was missing, couldn’t write it hahahaha, so total time waiting was 2 hours for our food, which I feel was a little hyped up🤷🏼‍♂️ sushi was pretty good but the rest not for me and won’t be coming back here unfortunately, however lovely lovely hotel and location, maybe best on the island just due to what’s around. Hopefully ya’ll have a better experience than me ;)!!

I ordered a 'four cheese pizza'. The taste of the food was not a problem at all, but when I left the pizza on the table for about 30 minutes, the pizza was eaten by quite a lot of red ants, so I could no longer eat the pizza. Finally I decided to call the waiter, and immediately the pizza was brought to the kitchen. Not long after another staff came, I was not sure whether it was a manager or a staff. But by stating it was our fault for leaving the pizza and not eating it right away. This is the first time I left the food at the restaurant table and the food was surrounded by ants. They keep apologizing and then don’t even give me the WiFi password I had to go out and asked a waiter. Beautiful place but service it is really terrible, mistake after mistake, they won’t reply or answer when ordering food or drinks. I would never come back to this resort, next time I will stay in Gili air instead.
