(Translated by Google) After having two evening meals at BASK, I'm offering some constructive feedback. The place is very attractive, and the atmosphere is warm and well-designed, but the service doesn't live up to the ambiance. We waited over an hour twice to be served. The manager is doing her best to improve the service, but unfortunately, she can't do it alone. I would still appreciate the establishment offering us complimentary glasses of wine for the very long wait this evening. I hope the BASK team can improve and be more efficient in the future. The food, however, is of very good quality (I tried the sushi and pizza).

(Translated by Google) Far too loud and inappropriate for Meno. It's questionable why they have to blast music all around, especially when the party island is only 100 meters away.

Music too loud. Crazy

We had dinner and cocktail evening. The venue and food was good but it didn't blow our minds, the wine was very good but served at wrong temperatures, burger and gnocchi was very nice. We went twice and we do feel that the Indonesian menu is very overpriced compared to the rest of the island. If you are coming from Europe and are looking for the European feeling then yes, go and you will enjoy it. If you are looking to feel like you are on holiday in Indonesia, then this is not the place. Also be aware that happy hours finish on the dot or even before the time. If they don't have more mixes they don't suggest alternatives. Overall the staff was unhappy and service disappointing.

(Translated by Google) A large, stylish beach club. It seems like the most interesting place to spend time on Meno, with its underdeveloped infrastructure. The infinity pool offers a stunning view of the ocean and sunset. But. The water in the pool was so chlorinated that my friend's eyes turned red for several hours. The cocktail tasted strange, and the moringa rice was unappealing. Expensive. The final bill showed a whopping 20% tax. So feel free to add 20% to the menu price—it's not a small amount. Overall, a disappointment. Although it's beautiful and impressive in scale.
