The staff is very discourteous/rude. Do not recommend this hotel

We wanted to eat here something and have a drink. The music was so loud that we could not have a normal conversation and we directly left.

(Translated by Google) Great pool, but we ordered fruit that wasn't good and a Bintang beer that arrived in a dirty can with a dirty glass. Never again, it's expensive and bad.

A stain on the landscape of Gili Meno. Offensively loud music and architecture more suited to those who want the Instagram influencer lifestyle. Keep this off Gili Meno!

(Translated by Google) Terrible experience. The staff we spoke to are very arrogant and condescending. I had the feeling they were laughing at a woman who fell and hurt herself on the slippery tiles. The place doesn't look like something that should be on this beautiful island. The pizza was dry and the bottom was burnt. On the other hand, it was way too expensive. Correct the attitude!

Impressive architecture but it sits at odds with the rest of the island. Fear they're targeting the social media 'influencers' and those who can't live without a narcissistic social media presence. Bask risks eroding a part of the island's calm vibe and culture. It's an ugly and obvious, forcing itself on the island as an overt juxtaposition to island life. I'd worry about the ripple effect on Gili Meno of a place like this. As impressive as the architecture is, not for me as it's not what you come to Gili Meno for. Better placed in Seminyak etc.

(Translated by Google) I was checking it out, I was by the main pool when a gentleman approached me and told me I absolutely couldn't stay there. I apologized, saying I was checking it out and wanted to take a picture. He rudely and condescendingly replied that I couldn't take a picture and that I had to leave. Being polite doesn't cost anything😊rude!!!

This resort was built in very bad taste. The local living condition in the surrounding area is very poor, and the beach is full of trash, yet this resort offers the topmost luxury. What hypocrisy.
