We had a two-story villa with a pool that left nothing to be desired. Ordering all food and drinks from the menu to our room via WhatsApp was seamless. The food was excellent, both at breakfast (à la carte) and at the other dining options. From steak to fresh lobster, everything was available. The wine list was exceptional, even including German wines. The staff were always available and helpful, fulfilling every wish. Special thanks to Habib, the butler, who took excellent care of us, planned snorkeling excursions, and provided water and towels without us even having to ask. He knows what his guests want and is incredibly attentive. Thank you so much, and best regards to him. All the staff were fantastic; unfortunately, I can only think of Andy and Sam, who were particularly impressive in the service. The staff were all wonderful, though. Essen war sehr gut sowohl beim Frühstück (a la carte) als auch bei den restlichen Angeboten. Von Steak bis frische Langusten ist alles dabei. Die Weinkarte außergewöhnlich sogar mit deutschen weinen. Die Mitarbeiter immer da und Hilfsbereit und erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch. Besonderen Dank auch an Habib der Butler der uns ausgezeichnet betreut hat und uns auch Ausflüge zum schnorcheln geplant hat und Wasser und Handtücher bereitgestellt hat ohne Nachfrage, er weiß was seine Gäste wollen und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank und schöne Grüße an ihn. Es sind aber alle Mitarbeiter super toll mir fällt leider nur noch vom Namen Andy und Sam ein die im Service uns sehr gefallen haben. Insgesamt ein atemberaubendes Resort das auf unserer nächsten Bali/Lombok Reise ganz sicher wieder mit aufgenommen wird.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The resort is stunning — so clean, calm and right on the beach with the most beautiful sunset views. The food at the beach club was delicious and the vibe is just perfect. Big thank you to Kahpi and Robie for being so lovely and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel at home. Can’t wait to come back again!

BASK is absolutely breathtaking, true island luxury from start to finish. The entire property is spotless and beautifully designed, with a modern yet relaxed feel that perfectly suits the island. I stayed in one of the villas with my own private pool, which was incredible, crystal clear water, total privacy, and just steps away from the beach. The beachfront location is unbeatable, uninterrupted views across to Gili T and the sunsets is beaut. The beach club is gorgeous, with a stunning design, great music, and a lively but relaxed atmosphere. The food is incredible, and the cocktails are impressive. The staff are all so warm and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. Special mention to Kahpi, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His kindness and attention to detail really made the stay feel special.

Came here multiple times during our stay on Gili Meno, didn’t disappoint! All staff especially Septian & Tauhid were amazing and accomodating giving us the upmost 5 star treatment. Food was brilliant. Positive atmosphere! Definitely will be back in future trips!
