From helping us secure our dream home to making the entire moving process from the UK as smooth as possible, nothing has ever been too much trouble. Her communication has been fantastic throughout, always keeping us updated, answering any questions and making sure everything was taken care of. What really sets Svetlana apart is that her support didn't stop once we secured the house. She has continued to go above and beyond, even helping us organise curtains, the garden, internet and all the little things that come with moving into a new home! Worse real estate ever, not just giving false promises but also keep lying and holding the cheques and deposits for 4 months. Until now didn’t receive anything except “sorry” and “we r following up”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *Outstanding Agent - Dana Annaieva - Palm Jumeirah Specialist* We had the pleasure of working with Dana while searching for a property in Palm Jumeirah (Trunk, Shoreline and Seashore). She is young, hard-working, caring, professional, smart and extremely methodical and organised. Unlike regular estate agents (or real estate as they say in Dubai), she was never pushy. Before our viewings, she called us to ask if we were familiar with the area - which we were not - and took the time to explain everything. She was absolutely hands-on and knew her properties inside out. Most of her properties were in great shape and some were absolutely beautiful and fully updated. You can tell she only shows quality listings. Unfortunately we ended up choosing another area in Dubai, so we didn't close a deal with Dana, which we were genuinely sad about. To give an example of how organised she is: she sent us a clear viewing schedule in advance - exact times, building names, and pace for each viewing (e.g. 1:30-2:00 Marina Residences 3, 2:15 Shoreline 20, etc.). Everything ran like clockwork, no waiting around in the heat, no confusion between towers. In Dubai, that level of organisation is rare and much appreciated. We highly recommend Dana to anyone looking in the Palm. If we ever move back to that area, she will be our first call. Thank you Dana!
