A dear friend of mine had invited me for a session after he had a positive interaction with a trainer called Kojo, however I was disappointed by the class as he was not the one leading the class as I had been invited on the basis that kojo would be leading the class as he displays a great workout and class. The class it self was only good for a complete beginner being introduced to boxing and it did not accommodate for boxers who are more advanced, as they had mentioned that it’s a class for all levels. In my opinion it was very basic. After the class the owner conducted in a unprofessional manner, talking about subjects that are not relevant to the class. That was a big let down, you’d be better off paying less money and going to an actual boxing gym. Overall not the best experience, and good luck.

I’ve been going to Buddhabox for just over 2 months now and I feel like they have really captured the essence of what makes a gym home. They have all the amenities including, boxing, barre, Pilates, yoga, personal training, and a much needed infrared sauna. I came into buddhabox for simple training and left loving boxing and feeling included into a community that appreciates beginner to intermediate levels. I look forward to my session everyday and can’t complain about a delicious protein smoothie and some banter with the lovely staff. Highly recommend this space for anyone looking to get fit or find a community in London🥊

Superb facilities and amazing crowd. I felt very motivational good energy. Everyone is lovely and helpful. I did a Pilates class and I would highly recommend it. There is even a cafe as you enter to buy some very cool merch

great place, very kind and great service

good boxing gym and great trainers. It makes more sense now they placed the boxing bags differently, there is more space. It really looked classy and cool but they really ruined everything by putting corny and cliche wall art. Now the Mohamed Ali painting and the frames above the ring makes it look like any other boxing gym which is a shame. It looks terrible now so I don’t go much anymore as I don’t like the vibe.

Amazing facilities and knowledgable staff elevates this Mayfair facility above all the rest.
