I have been training at this gym for about 7 months now. The motivation, vibe and the coaches are absolutely amazing. They also have the best coffee on the block and an amazing team. If you are looking for a place to train hard and become a champ then I would definitely recommend Buddhabox

Good place to grab a pair of Nikes air forces Food is good also if you eat too much use the gym

I have been for multiple classes and drinks. I would say surprisingly some of the best coffee I have ever had served by friendly baristas. The gym itself is very friendly and there is always someone to help. The trainers are helpful and create programs to align with your goals. I personally used Kojo and he helped me fix some squat mobility issues and I cant thank him enough. Everything in the gym is clean and the mens bathroom is amazing. Cant vouch for the girls.

Crisp, Clean, and perfectly run. Rohan is a complete legend. All in all a shining beacon of light in the fitness industry.

Hands down my favourite gym in London. Everyone is really friendly and always really exceptional and professional service. Amazing PT and classes, such a great variety of work outs. Smoothies are addictive too!

I would highly recommend this gym, it is very clean with great changing rooms and the trainers are super professional with extensive knowledge of the body and what it needs to see progress.

After training in boxing at numerous gyms in London and also around the world as a leisure - Buddha Box is by far the best. The vibe and atmosphere in the gym and from the team makes you feel at home but the intensity and passion from all the trainers pushes you to new limits! Coach Roy Gumbs is an incredible trainer and if you're looking for a gym to train at or to learn combat from some of the best trainers in town, look no further than Buddha Box.
