“Great gym facilities and very friendly staff, Sarah and Dara at front of house were so helpful! will definitely come back and recommend if you want the best vibes”

Good vibes ! Good people and well equipped facility that’s quiet enough that I don’t have to queue for or share equipment. Classes are great too. Love the boxing and ju jitsu as well as the yoga and stretch and mobility concepts. The founder is such a down to earth guy who has time for everyone in the business from guests to staff and even those that pass by for coffee. FOH staff are great - Sarah, Dara & Youssef and Helena are a great team and give me the most warm welcome whenever I pop by Thanks team
