I visited Bangkok Mama at Thai Square Minories and loved trying something a little different with their Thai-inspired sourdough pizzas. The Tom Yum Goong Crisis was my favourite, with prawns, mushrooms, roasted chilli oil, mozzarella and coriander. Although marked as two chillies, it had only a slight kick, which I really enjoyed. We also tried the flame-grilled chicken wings with Jaew mayo, which were tasty and mild, the refreshing Makham Soda and the mango chilli sorbet, which was a surprisingly good combination. It was also great to watch the pizzas being freshly made. Another big plus is that all the meat is 100% halal certified. I was invited by The Creators Table to try the food at one of their creator events and it was a fun opportunity to discover this unique concept. If you enjoy Thai flavours and want to try something different from the usual pizza toppings, Bangkok Mama is worth checking out.

Really enjoyed the Thai-inspired sourdough pizzas at Bangkok Mama! The crust was crispy and chewy, with lots of interesting flavours to try. The desserts were delicious! Lovely atmosphere and a great dining experience.

You have to try their thai red curry sourdough pizza!!! And their thai tea affogato! Absolutely AMAZING flavours!

Wow I love Bangkok Pizza ❤️ I loved the chicken satay pizza, the flavours were right up my street! The starters were amazing too, the squid and deep fried sum were yummy! The Thai Tea Affogato was the perfect end to the meal. A must try!

Amazing new concept — brilliant food and wonderful team! We visited Bangkok Mama as a group of 20 creators, and what a fantastic experience from start to finish. It’s such an exciting new concept from Thai Square — delicious sourdough pizza with authentic Thai flavours, and it works beautifully. The staff were absolutely brilliant — so welcoming, friendly, and looked after our large group perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel right at home. We got to share a great selection of dishes: • Tom Yum Goong Pizza — tangy, spicy, loaded with fresh prawns • Gang Panang Pizza — rich, creamy coconut curry flavours, delicious • Bangkok Piccante Pizza — lovely heat, packed with flavour • Great starters including calamari, chicken wings, spring rolls and dumplings • Wonderful desserts — the mango sorbet and fried tiramisu were both amazing Everything was fresh, tasty, and really unique. Highly recommend paying them a visit — you won't find Thai sourdough pizza anywhere else!
