We came in interested in one particular launch. After discussing our priorities, we also looked at alternatives. Having that comparison made the decision feel more considered.

The floor-plan discussions were the best part for me. I hadn’t noticed how much space some layouts gave over to corridors.

Buying from overseas made me nervous, especially when I couldn’t visit every location myself. The calls were helpful, and I appreciated having the information sent over so I could go through it in my own time.

Good support with the paperwork. A few things needed clarification, but we worked through them.

We changed our minds about the area halfway through the search. They took it in stride and helped us revisit the options.

What I found helpful was comparing the payment schedules side by side. Two properties with similar prices can feel quite different once you look at when the payments are due.

Clear explanations of the booking process. We understood what documents we needed and what came next.

We initially focused on the brochure and the view. The conversations with JRE got us thinking more carefully about the layout, location and how the instalments would fit our finances. That was useful for a first purchase.

Appreciated the patience. I had plenty of questions about buying off-plan.

We were overwhelmed by the number of off-plan projects in Dubai. JRE helped us narrow the search around our budget and preferred payment schedule.
