Joshi Real Estate were outstanding in helping me navigate the Dubai property market. From the first call, it was clear they understood how quickly things change here and how important accurate advice is when making such a large commitment. They broke down service charges, expected yields, resale prospects, and future development plans around each area we discussed, which helped me narrow my search confidently. When it came time to secure the property, they managed negotiations professionally and kept every party aligned so there were no surprises. Their follow ups were relentless in the best possible way, and they kept me informed without me ever needing to chase. The whole experience felt calm, transparent, and extremely well handled. I’m so happy

As a first time buyer I had an excellent experience with Joshi Real Estate. AJ, based in Dubai, was fantastic, friendly, easy to work with, and professional. He secured me a deal with DAMAC and found the perfect off-plan property in a prime, investable location, tailored to my finances which would be manageable over the next 3 years! Aj also connected me with Anna, who works for DAMAC and is based in London, ensuring I had support at any time despite the time difference. The service was highly customer-focused and responsive, with seamless communication via WhatsApp from start to finish. Extremely professional and they are on top of all paperwork and receipts. Highly recommended! Joshi Real Estate, no regrets so far!

The help didn’t end with choosing a unit. Having someone to contact while sorting out the next steps made the process feel less daunting.

I wanted to understand the project beyond the marketing images. We discussed the surrounding area, the developer’s previous projects and the practical details of the unit. I still did my own research, but those conversations gave me a useful starting point.

Really appreciated being able to ask the same question twice without feeling silly. There’s a lot to take in when it’s your first off-plan purchase.

The initial shortlist was a bit broad for our requirements. Once we gave more specific feedback, the options became much more relevant.

We needed to distinguish the proposed completion date from a guaranteed timeline. That was an important discussion for us before going any further.

My partner cared most about the location; I was focused on the payment plan. Finding something we both felt comfortable with took a while. JRE helped us keep track of the options without starting the conversation from scratch each time.

Helpful team. The booking steps were easier to follow than I expected.

I’m quite detail-oriented and wanted to go through all the additional costs. It took a couple of conversations, but I was glad we did.
