The wife and her friends went out for a xmas meal and as a surprise I ordered a bottle of prosecco and a mocktail for driver to be put on the table. When the wife got home they didn't receive any of these drinks. Phoned the restaurant straight away and did get an apology and refund followed with the excuse of "we forgot" and when I expressed my disappointment was told we were really busy and I obviously haven't worked in the industry so wouldn't understand. The wife has said there were various things wrong with the meal itself so suffice to say we won't be going back which is a shame as have enjoyed several meals here without any issues.
