Very very very poor customer service... They took almost 45 mins to prepare our small order . We had to remind them that we ordered and how long we will have to wait..at the end the guy was giving us sauces and he didn't even bother to care to put them in a bag for us instead he threw it and went every where on the floor...totally hate the customer service!! Never going there again..

Poor quality overpriced food. I was expecting good quality beef burgers and sides but the meat was very low quality. On the day I visited many items were missing from the menu (all chicken), cards weren't accepted and there was no bacon to be found. For the money I could have had a far better experience in any of London's other top quality gourmet burger restaurants. Avoid.

We travel all the way from guildford just to eat the burgers at amigos in acton, as they are so tasty, we got to amigos in acton at 11.35pm, at this point fresh beef burgers were just put on the grill for cooking, when we finally got to the till it was 11.47pm, the guy who took our order told us that there is NO MORE BEEF BURGERS LEFT, which is the main reason why we travelled 35 miles, we then recieved our food and were told we could not eat inside, even though they were still taking orders and the queue was out the door, so realistically we could of easily eaten our food by the time they had finished taking orders, but they didn't and they were very rude. This wasn't my issue at all, whilst this was going on one of the staff opened the fridge and it was full of BEEF BURGERS, so the guy who took our order lied to us, their explanation was that they stop cooking burgers at 11.30pm, this is not written anywhere on the menu or in the shop nor is it on their website, and at 11.35 they wacked on fresh burgers on the grill, so my point is this of all u care about is making money and shoving valuable customers out the door u are doomed as the customers pay your bills! Ive been in the food industry for years now never have i been so disgusted in my life, i have introduced many people from guildford and surrey to go eat in that place, NOW I WILL SPREAD YOUR DISHONEST BEHAVIOUR! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
