I had a frustrating experience at Amigos late at night. I called around 1:30am and spoke with Joyoti, who told me I could not come in and order in person even though they close at 2am. I was told I had to place my order through Uber Eats for pickup instead. When I arrived to pick up my order, I saw another customer ordering in person at the counter. This was confusing and disappointing, as I was explicitly told that wasn’t allowed. The inconsistency in service made the experience frustrating. Clear and fair communication with customers would go a long way.
