Staff are incredibly kind and extremely helpful with parking situation! Amazing quality, clean and aesthetic restaurant

i am absolutely devastated to state that this place is absolutely rancid. firstly, there are dead bugs laying upside down on the floor in the upper area which the majority of them are still moving. this is utterly disturbing and disgraceful, especially in an eating environment. secondly, the workers lied about having garlic sauce. this is one of the only reasons why me and my cousins come to eat here. once we got our food, we kindly requested to get the garlic sauce bottle, which they said they had, and they had absolutely none. however, the service speed is really good which disappoints me for this negative review. personally, i believe this place has a lot of potential, however it needs to be worked on by a MILE.

I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate Amigos Burgers & Shakes Hounslow West. Yesterday, I picked up two whole grilled chickens for dinner and to be honest — it was absolutely fabulous! I’ve tried grilled chicken from many places in London, but nothing comes close to what I had last night. Juicy, perfectly marinated, and grilled to perfection. A massive shoutout and 100% credit to the chef behind that masterpiece. You truly made our evening special with such delicious food. Keep up the amazing work — you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer here!

I had a really disappointing experience at Amigos Burgers and Shakes in Hounslow West. The food quality was way below expectations — cold, greasy, and honestly not worth the high prices they charge. It felt like I was paying premium prices for fast food that wasn’t even fresh. What shocked me even more was the attitude of the owner and manager. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I witnessed them being disrespectful not just to customers, but also to their own staff — raising their voices and even using abusive language. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely unacceptable in any business. Definitely won’t be returning. If you're looking for good food and respectful service, I’d recommend avoiding this place.
