The food and drinks here is great, it's just the staff that work here is sh*t. I've been here about 3 times and every time I'm there, I'm waiting for one of the staff to notice I'm ready to order but they're just doing whatever they're doing and I have to shout to get noticed. I had to repeat my order several times which is annoying and Amid I think was his name had no respect on cleaning my drink. It came all wet around the sides and there was two lids on top making it hard for my straw to go in. It was a hot day and last thing I want to do is fiddle about with straws and lids, I just wanted a drink that's all and he had to mess that up. Service when delivering the food is alright but could be way better. Overall staff is oblivious, disrespectful, and rude. They all need to be trained on customer service etiquette.

Hands down the best burgers I've had. What a gem of a place! Waiting for this place to open in Manchester as we were just visiting.

The little lady at the till was ever so polite and courteous. However, the lemon and lime chicken strips (£6 for 5 ) are let down.. undercooked and very raw.

me and my friend have come here on multiple times after school because generally the food is good and that savers menu is just so nice. but the downside is the time they take to just give us our orders. picture the place empty its literally us and one other person. and i order a side and a drink. tell me why im having to wait more than 20 minutes.excuse me. are they not mindful that we mightt have places to be and we might of not even walked into the shop. along woth this, WHY DO THEY NOT GIVE ME MY CHANGE. One time, i odered an icecream (99p) they even tell me how much to pay but they did i get my 1 pence, NO i didnt until i told them. honestly. it might be 1 pence but its still something. FIX UP

Great service and customer care! Uber eats messed up with my order and gave me someone else's, but when I called the shop, they managed to sort it out and prepare me fresh food! Outstanding service and will always continue to eat from this establishment

I ordered food and they prepared it very quick and food is so delicious . Staff are so friendly and nice . Most recommended place . High quality service .

In the words of my 8 year old this is the best burger in the world (referring to her burger) and the people are really nice too! Food has always been cooked fresh and the staff are lovely

The staff are so lovely!! I had a great experience with Divia, she was so kind to me even though she was really busy and I didn’t expect a service like that in a chicken shop. And it also tasted really nice!
