very nice

Ordered 2 burgers and a popcorn chicken, Was missing the popcorn chicken and the burgers arrived in a horrible state soggy with piping hot lettuce, it was my first time experiencing such horrible customer service when I reached out to the store the manager hamzah was very rude and not taking any accountability or providing any solutions. Very disappointed

Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered and paid for my food, but I wasn't given a receipt. Around 10 minutes later I went back because I still hadn't received my order, and nobody seemed to know what I was talking about. The staff were disorganised, nobody took ownership of the problem, and I struggled to communicate with one member of staff. Despite having paid, I never received my food. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the situation. Not giving customers a receipt is unacceptable, especially when it leaves you with no proof of your order. The customer service was among the worst I've experienced. I left feeling ignored, frustrated, and out of pocket. I won't be returning, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone until they improve their customer service and basic order management.

Ordered from Amigos for delivery and was really impressed overall. The Habanero Burger was packed with flavour and the quality of the meat was excellent—juicy, well-cooked, and full of taste. The heat doesn't hit you straight away, but it definitely builds up and brings a serious spicy kick, which I really enjoyed. The waffle fries on the side were decent and complemented the meal well. I also tried the mojito, which was refreshing and enjoyable, although it leaned a little more towards a strong mint flavour than I was expecting. The food arrived quickly, fresh, and still hot. Great quality ingredients, generous portions, and plenty of flavour. I'll definitely be ordering again. 5 stars well earned. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
