We went for Iftar, I was pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews, I wasn’t too hopeful. But the service was absolutely amazing, they even gave dates and water for free. The food came on time and was cooked well, they forgot one portion of chips when I brought it to their attention they quickly came and delivered some to the table without hesitation. And at the end the staff member was super nice, he was playing with my daughter and even offered her a free fruit shoot. Me and my family will definitely return.

To the amazing staff at Southall Amigos. Thank you very much for the most authentic and beautiful hospitality. You’ve welcomed us to your vibrant branch and took care of us during Ramadan. Lots of love

Great food, nice burgers

Quite simply the best when it comes to food extremely clean and tasty, great service always willing to satisfy you and give you the best service they can. It also helps that the food is prepared freshly but within a good time frame. Best amigos in London definitely come and hit it up they will not disappoint.

Honestly best amigos out of all I have been too, best customer service they go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your meal. Extra care with the food aswell. Well run by the manager kashif.

I'm not one to talk about delivery burgers but this was fantastic. Not only was it great value, the food tasted fresh and well prepared. Will it compete with some high end burger joints? No. Is it better than the obvious high Street joints? By a mile. Keep it up!

There food is OK but there service needs work they have a incorrect number on there website so you can't even contact them about your order

** UPDATING seeing as you've replied below.. I sent an email and got zero response.. So it's funny you posted publicly to look good when you haven't even answered my email. A staff member told me to cancel an order recently over the phone and mentioned I would get a refund for the order via ubereats. Which wasn't true so I got fully charged for an order which I did not receive because your staff member told me to cancel due to the fact you didn't have the main item in store on that day. I have tried getting a refund from ubereats and they won't give me one as the restaurant needed to cancel not me, but your staff member told me she couldn't cancel?
