Awful customer service

Wrong milkshake on purpose.

Worst ever Amigo's experience I had with my friend.Customer service was terrible and also over thick milkshake made like 3 times .Also stupid teenage customers trying to argue with me make big drama seen because of what the staff member that made a comment I cant remember his name but was so unprofessional .Very bad experience 😪 💔😭

Literally arrived at 11am and waited outside their locked till 11.20am. Poor service. Literally only saw 1 person in the store. Don't state 11am opening time if you aren't gonna open the doors. Super disappointed.

Really bad experience, super disrespectful staff and food was not great at all! I would advise the managers to train all the male staff to understand basic common decency in inappropriate behaviour. Made my girlfriend and I uncomfortable and they even got her basic chicken burger order wrong. Pretty embarrassing stuff guys...

As soon as I stepped in, I was stared at by the workers, (like they had never seen a girl in their life's) which made me feel really uncomfortable; bare in mind- I was with my boyfriend. They got the order wrong- I specifically said no chilli- spice whatsoever- once I sat down with my boyfriend at the table while waiting for our order (as it was a takeaway) one of the workers came up to my table, sprayed surface cleaner close enough to spritz on me, and as I was talking to my boyfriend about how I liked the fact that they used yellow for the franchise interior, the worker rudely interrupted, and said, " you like the colour yellow", and just looked "deep" into my eyes, and walked away awkwardly with a smug smile on his face. Then the workers all started shouting loudly while uncomfortable looking at me while sitting down and waiting for my order. Once I got bk home, I took a bite into my burger, and there was a sharp bone in the chicken fillet. chicken burger- The burger was tasteless including my boyfriend's- as he said. It was so bad I had to give it to our cat. I don't appreciate the way I was made felt at the amigos in Acton; I won't be going there again, and I won't advising anyone else to go there. I've never felt so uncomfortable ordering food in my life, and all I wanted was a fillet burger.

Came here for a takeout. There was a fat woman who served us. When we were ready to order the woman was taking our order (worth £25) we decided to add the chipotle fries. So we paid extra. When they gave us our order, we left the shop and went back to our accom, to find no chipotle chips. So we decided to go back without our order and ask the people for the chipotle fries. The white fat woman decided to come and speak to us. She shouted at me and told me she put the seasonings for the chips separately in a packet (indirect making me feel blind) and told me to go back home to check my order properly . I kept quiet and came back home. When I checked my order I didn’t find anything(at this point I was so frustrated) the only thing I found was a bunch of tissues packed in little bags that look similar to the seasoning packets. I went back (the woman who told me she already put the chipotle seasoning in my order), comes walking to me after chatting to her colleagues and gives me the seasonings. 🤔No apology , nothing. This was the third time I came back to amigos to collect something. I was frustrated (at this point my food was cold at home) so I told her why did u send me back ? If u had the seasoning the whole damn time? She told me that she asked me to wait as she was getting the seasonings. In my head I’m thinking , you literally sent me back and told me you already put it in ???? so I asked her why she was lying ? She literally sent me back and told me to check my order. The woman goes like you’re a liar. I told her it wasn’t right for her to shout at me. She was like I didn’t shout at u. Bruhh. My blood was boiling. If you ever encounter this woman /read this review, please fire this woman as she is so rude. She didn’t even smile once and kept lying like a rat. She even called me a liar?? Why would I even go back 3 times ????? All I wanted was my meal! Amigos workers are actually the worst people man, learn some manners! If u see her she’s a light, fat woman. Idk if she’s a manager or what but she’s the worst person I’ve ever spoken to in retail, and I’m a calm person too. I don’t even argue with people. This was on the 23/02/22, check the cctv. Worst person ever. Do not go here as they’re rude and don’t even smile man.... I’ve just read your reviews and many people have issues with their orders too, staff talking instead of making the food , order being incomplete (like mine) and them being extremely rude.... amigos management needs to fix these things and hire staff that can actually do good work!
