Batoul was amazing. Handled the order very professionally

Today was my first visit to this place, and I can tell you that it won’t be my last. I had a 10oz Jacob burger, fries, wings, and a very good banana shake. The burger was tasty and juicy, with that chargrilled taste. The fries were excellent. The wings were well-seasoned, and had a substantial amount of chicken on them. On a very hot day, the place was cool and clean, and the staff were friendly.

Fries - banging Patties - banging Buns - banging Milkshake - banging Wings - banging Even the muddafuggin sauces in da little pots dere - banging

Food is ok but dont expect customer service, manager walking around on his phone and staff member sat behind us face timing on loud speaker, I ended up asking him to be quiet because he was so loud. Asked for ketchup and serviettes and the lady snapped at my fiance saying they are coming.

It not good i am telling you only the ice cream it so good food no ice cream thwy made it exensive

Great service and quality food A little pricey but you can taste the difference

very nice

Ordered 2 burgers and a popcorn chicken, Was missing the popcorn chicken and the burgers arrived in a horrible state soggy with piping hot lettuce, it was my first time experiencing such horrible customer service when I reached out to the store the manager hamzah was very rude and not taking any accountability or providing any solutions. Very disappointed

Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered and paid for my food, but I wasn't given a receipt. Around 10 minutes later I went back because I still hadn't received my order, and nobody seemed to know what I was talking about. The staff were disorganised, nobody took ownership of the problem, and I struggled to communicate with one member of staff. Despite having paid, I never received my food. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the situation. Not giving customers a receipt is unacceptable, especially when it leaves you with no proof of your order. The customer service was among the worst I've experienced. I left feeling ignored, frustrated, and out of pocket. I won't be returning, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone until they improve their customer service and basic order management.
