It not good i am telling you only the ice cream it so good food no ice cream thwy made it exensive

Ordered 2 burgers and a popcorn chicken, Was missing the popcorn chicken and the burgers arrived in a horrible state soggy with piping hot lettuce, it was my first time experiencing such horrible customer service when I reached out to the store the manager hamzah was very rude and not taking any accountability or providing any solutions. Very disappointed

Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered and paid for my food, but I wasn't given a receipt. Around 10 minutes later I went back because I still hadn't received my order, and nobody seemed to know what I was talking about. The staff were disorganised, nobody took ownership of the problem, and I struggled to communicate with one member of staff. Despite having paid, I never received my food. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the situation. Not giving customers a receipt is unacceptable, especially when it leaves you with no proof of your order. The customer service was among the worst I've experienced. I left feeling ignored, frustrated, and out of pocket. I won't be returning, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone until they improve their customer service and basic order management.

Very poor service. Waited forever for the food.

A very bad experience as it was Father's Day and I walked in to find one young lad working! It got busier and one lady came after 1 hour I've been here for 1 hour and 30 minutes to get a burger meal. And had to ask for sauce and drinks that came after I asked for it

Very disappointing experience at Amigos Burgers in Southwold. I ordered a grilled chicken burger meal around 10pm, and the quality of the food was extremely poor. The chicken was very hard, dry, and tasted old, as if it had been sitting for a long time. It certainly did not seem fresh. A few hours after eating, I developed severe stomach cramps and an upset stomach that continued throughout the night. I barely slept because of how unwell I felt. While I cannot say with absolute certainty what caused it, this was the only meal I had before becoming ill. The food quality was nowhere near the standard I would expect, and based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this place. Management should seriously review their food freshness and quality control procedures.
