Had an amazing stay at BASK! The place is run beautifully. We were greeted by Manuel, the manger straight off the boat who carried our luggage to the hotel. He took us around the hotel resort and taught us about the background of the place which we really appreciated. The food and service was some of the best we’ve experienced on our travels yet. I would also really recommend going to their South American restaurant next door, the food is incredible! Thanks so much to all staff at BASK our experience is one to remember! 🙏🏼

Came to their beach club for the day - the food is incredible and the service is even better. Probably the most high quality food we’ve eaten in Indonesia that is this grade. Service is incredible attentive, and Wira is great, super friendly and made our meal even better with his smile. Totally recommend eating here out of all 3 Gilis. The dessert is OUT of this world

Unbelievable experience. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

We spent 4nights in BASK and it was amazing. Staff, food, drinks, rooms, views everything was perfect:) snorkelling was incredible. We will definitely come back🙏🏻

We spent 3 nights in BASK hotel over the Christmas and we loved everything. The place is very well designed and you can see each detail is considered and thought through. The rooms are spacious, new, modern and beautiful. I love that there are so many concepts of the place - it can be romantic, family friendly, business, fun - basically for everybody, you can have both privacy and social moments. The staff is amazing, attentive and fast. You can see they are well trained and synchronized, the management does a great job. The kitchen is fantastic, we ended up having dinner there every night. What was great for us, that you can have breakfast and all dishes brought to your room without any room service fee. We truly appreciated that with 4 years old as we could eat more comfortably.
