We stayed at BASK Gili Meno and absolutely loved it. From arrival to departure, the service was incredible, staff always had a smile, remembered names, and responded to requests almost instantly. One of the standout treats? You can order anything to your room without extra charge, via WhatsApp or room service, and it arrives quickly, no fees, no hassle. The food is truly worth every IDR, we’re talking almost gastronomic level: fresh ingredients, inventive menus, beautiful presentation, and flavorful. It exceeded what we expected from a beach resort meal. The ambiance is wonderful, with multiple areas to enjoy: Lounging by the main pool and beach club with music and sea views, Or chilling in a quiet corner, like your villa’s private pool or right by the ocean, seriously good vibes all around. The setting itself is just as impressive: stunning beachfront, crystal clear water, spacious modern villas, many with private pools, and beautifully landscaped gardens. A special mention to Manuel, the hotel manager, who truly goes above and beyond. You can feel his care and attention in every detail, and he and his team do an incredible job at making you feel both completely at ease and like you're living in paradise. It’s rare to experience that kind of hospitality, and it left a lasting impression. From the team, to the design, to the culinary touches, it’s a luxury stay but still feels relaxed and welcoming. We had very delicious lunch at this beautiful place with nice view on the blue colorful ocean. Just amazing! Really recommend to visit when you are on Gili Meno. The guy Yogi who served us was very kind and professional.

Had a wonderful meal here as the sun was setting. Great vibe and enjoyed cocktails and some tasty food. Obviously very different to the warungs around but nice as a treat. Was very comfortable and un rushed. Wish I could afford to stay there!

Stopped to watch the sunset. Food was very good, but...the staff, especially Will, was phenomenal. He was perfect, a real blessing to the island and resort. I hope you get to Paris one day, Will.

I don’t write many reviews but oh man does this place deserve one. I decided to book 2 nights here despite being a solo traveler, because: why not? Everything from the ambiance, location, lounge furniture to the beautifully designed rooms and ever friendly staff is just flawless. Icing on the cake is definitively the kitchen, which created some of the best dishes I have had in a long time. The beach and snorkeling spots are right at your footsteps too so no need to move around really. Honestly I cannot even comprehend what a logistical nightmare it must be to keep this place online so hat’s off to all the staff and management. I tried my best to come up with any feedback or points for improvement, but there simply aren’t any ;)
