BuddhaBox is an amazing gym with a brilliant atmosphere. Rohan, the owner, is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Kojo is a top class coach, knowledgeable, motivating and genuinely a great guy. The sessions are well structured and push you to improve every time. Highly recommend.

Great gym with an amazing atmosphere. Trainers are top quality and class sizes are nice and small. Ro and Jonas at the desk are very helpful and friendly as well.

Simply the best gym in London! It’s difficult to find a gym which combines martial arts, weights area and sauna in prime central London but Buddha has it all! Also has an incredible atmosphere and a great sense of community. I simply wish I’d have found BuddhaBox sooner!

Incredible space, friendly staff & amazing classes! 10/10 place. I particularly love attending Mykola’s Ukrainian style boxing classes - the technique, energy and vibes are unbelievable.

This gym is amazing. Everyone who works there is so great to deal with. I’ve been a member pretty much since the gym opened and I’ve watched it grow into what it is today. If you’re looking for good vibes and a good work out, BuddhaBox is the place to be.
