The first time I visited, I waited over 10 minutes for water and had to ask for it myself. Even then, the waitress never brought it, and I had to get up and ask again. The second time, the same waitress charged us incorrectly and didn't notice until after my friend had paid. The manager got involved, and they spent ages trying to sort out the refund. They even thought they had refunded the money to the wrong card, only to realise later that the refund was actually correct — they simply couldn't keep track of their own transactions! They then proceeded to check everyone's card details and payment amounts, leaving us wondering what the point of all that was. Meanwhile, my friend had to pay again and was told to come back if the refund hadn't arrived by the next day. All this hassle could have been avoided with a simple cash refund. Mistakes happen, but this level of incompetence and poor service is ridiculous. Definitely not coming back.
