I’m rather disappointed having come back and noticing that the blue light emergency service discount has gone down to 5% this is extremely saddening to know that it has gone down dramatically. The manager was very unhelpful and not welcoming, she was a little abrupt. None the less the food was good. Considering I coke to amigos nearly 3 times a week…I’ll won’t be coming as much my I hope management see this. Thanks

There food is OK but there service needs work they have a incorrect number on there website so you can't even contact them about your order

I was so disappointed. Normally Amigos is our go to but after going into the location today I won't be again. The staff were so busy chatting amongst themselves that they didn't notice I or any other customers were standing there waiting to give an order. The woman there put her hands with gloves on in the bin and then continued and we had to ask her to change her gloves. They made fun of another customer in their language which I understood. Also how can you not have a contact number to place collections or call if somethings not right? Really really disappointed. Not what it used to be.

Got a Mexican, had literally one tiny slice of a jalapeno, that's what they call Mexican. Asked for hot wings, weren't hot at all. Downloaded the app when I was in there but they didn't want to record my visit, said he'd record it next time 😂 then offered my friends 20% off next time Won't be a next time.burger was ok might just try a different restaurant but not seven sisters again

The wait is 15 mins for a burger minimum .. that’s way too long for a take away , not cheap too

Maybe it was an accident, but you made a mistake for my first time in Amigos via Uber Eats. First, you forgot my drink, and second I wanted my chicken mild BBQ and it was fr**king hot, it was unbearable...cuz I hate spicy food. I cannot get a voucher or refund from Uber Eats as they do not want to help. Unpleasant experience...

I previously have eaten in the Shepherd's Bush branch and it was great. This experience quite possibly involved them serving Iceland frozen burgers from across the road.....in short i ordered a Mexican and a normal Cheeseburger (meals). The burger was tasteless and the dude serving me really didn't want to provide any tap water. I suspect the rubbery burgers were from the value aisle in Iceland. The fries were served plain as they come and the not so generous dude provided 2 tiny pots of sauce. Like some previous reviews I dont think I will going back here.

When it first opened, the standards were impeccable across the board. Now, wow, staff are constantly eating, the toilets are absolutely disgusting & the level of care once evident in the way your food was presented has long since gone! Shame, as it was once a lovely takeaway.

give mcDees a run for their money, but thats not saying much. stomach hurts 1.5 hours later. :(
