Eaten here in the past and had good servive but just got really bad service due to a unwitty member of staff. I was told my order would be 15 minutes. After 17 mintues I was told they had ran out wings and I had to wait another 15 minutes. I was annoyed of course and offered a refund when I complained. I explained maybe a discount for the long wait would be better and this was denied. So I took the refund and left a unhappy customer, Surely a discount is better then no sale and customer who most likely not to return.
