Burgers, hot dogs and shakes at the Amigos Gants Hill branch is definitely average and well over priced for the quality of food they are selling. Customer service needs improvement if they wish to gain and attain clients. I wouldn’t recommend Amigos Gants hill branch as there is a better selection of burger outlets on the same strip at justifiable prices.

Ordered via Ubereats Took a punt with this place, despite the mixed reviews - disappointed. Food arrived cold - sweet potato fries were not pleasant (burnt and tasted like they had been cooked in gone off oil). Worst of all - a dessert item was missing from the order, which wasn't accidental. I could see they had drawn a line through the item on the receipt - this means it wasn't forgotten and implies they were out of stock. Instead of being courteous and calling up to offer a replacement, they simply didn't send it, knowing that I would have to 'apply' for a refund via Ubereats. That's pretty shady - a replacement should always be offered if you haven't got an item that someone had 'paid for' in stock. Burger quality was 'ok' (despite arriving cold) which is the only reason this isn't a 'one star' review. Would never order again.

Been to this place with family a few times during the years. They used to make very nice fresh burgers but now they seem to use frozen beef burger patties ive complained to the manager but he was persistent that they not frozen. Minimum burger would.cost you around £6 which is not cheap for frozen stuff. I would personally not go again as the food and taste wise not worth it. Sitting area and customer service are very nice and friendly staff.

I feel pure pity for people who think this is a good quality burger , clearly their standards are set very low. Meat from burgers is frozen ( tastes like one of those so called quarter pounders you can get in chicken shops ) and buns are not grilled so they’re very dry. So much wrong in such a simple dish oh well. Only good thing about this place are prices and sauces. Fries were not bad as well.

Ordered cheese wrap with my friend. The Female Staff was very rude, I asked for spicy and they made very spicy, they started laughing. The manager was nice and changed my wrap he recommended another spice.

Didn't go there

Ordered online, absolutely nothing at all wrong with the food but for the price, I could've got twice as much from Maccys. Regardless of food quality which was excellent, we felt as though it was very overpriced for what we received, 5 onion rings: £3.40, come on guys, if you're hiking your online prices it's bad form and to then say that the delivery app set your menu prices is rubbish. First and last order from us....Shame.

Garbage, can't follow simple requests. The burger was good chips okay, disappointed with the milkshake (see 1st comment). The Amigos in Harlesden is much better!!!

Wings were 10/10 Grilled chicken burger was 5/10 as it was very dry and luke warm when it came. Needed more sauce on it. It didnt look fresh off the grill at all. It was as if we got served an already made burger. Chips were 8/10
